They are easy to hide, which is always good in the professional world.  However, a chest piece is a large tattoo and you do not want to end up with a crappy one. Look at more than one artists portfolio.  You might find an artist that is really good at one style and you like that style.  Our tumblr/shop “Brent”  is well rounded and is able to do many styles.  There is no particular style he is the best at.   Also when looking at an artist check for consistency.  If he rocked one tattoo and bombed another find another tattoo artist.  Cheap is not better! Look at their lines.  Question… you look on the younger side?  We always remind younger people that this is permanent really think about your design and artist.  Especially if this is your first tat.  I hope I was able to help. -
